Upgrade for Windows 10 is stuck. How can I get past it?

Upgrade for Windiws 19 is stuck.

Help with why Windows 10 installation is stuck.
I went to the email I received from Microsolft & went to upgrade Windiws 10 & it has been stuck for 1 hr.

1 hour is not " stuck". Just wait and let it do his thing. If you now start pushing buttons you probably create more problems.
