"Upgrade" to 950 from 930?

What's the general consensus? Do the specs of the 950 warrant replacing a 930? Granted, we have yet to see a real, live 950, but the render doesn't look that much different than the 930. As for the specs, are they that much better? Same 20mp camera. Think I will wait a while, maybe until the first of the year before deciding on the 950. Of course, all that could change when I have one in my hot little hands. What say you?

I think I might do an upgrade if it has smart cover and pen support and an iris scanner as well.
