Upgrade Windows Phone 7.x to Windows Phone 8?

hi,i purchase windows htc hd7 i updated 7 to 7.8 version but my bluetooth is not working,and some of the social apps are not visible some options, is their any chance to rectified this problem plz help me..and i want to update my mobile 7.8 to W8 version is their any possible to this..i purchase through Online Store..
in my system i installed Zune software..their r no updates last few month..plz if u now tell me how to upgrade this software.
