Upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10 on my Asus touch screen, now when I shut down my computer it keeps running. How can I fix it?

Please I upgraded from windows 8.1 to 10 on my Asus touch screen it was a good experience but when I shut down it been two days still running on shutting down what must have been the problem and how can I access my computer back again when is till on shutting down mode? And what about the stupid human verification ?

Press + hold the power button and try to go from there.
As for Windows Hello, that isn't really widespread yet.

Assuming this is a laptop, unplug it from the wall and remove the battery. Reinstall the battery and plug it back into the wall.

As for Hello, every Asus laptop I have had has a finger print reader on it. Fingerprint should be an option after windows 10 boots.

How did you get windows 10? disc, update app from Microsoft, updates?
