Upgrading OTA slower than reload and restore.

This isn't just Windows 10 related but it seems much faster to copy in a new firmware and restore the account than it is to perform an OTA upgrade. It can take what seems like hours to run the upgrade and 15 minutes to load a fresh firmware and be up and running.

Makes me wish we could just download to a PC and skip the OTA process. I'd rather do that than see the spinning gears and "Updating data ..." Plus the install is cleaner.
