Upgrading SD card

I am upgrading my SD Card from a 16 GB to 32 GB.
My old SD card has apps installed in it
So just copy and paste of data from old SD to new one gonna work or I have to do some different stuff to make the apps work again ??

Copy and past works for music, photo's etc but not for apps.
For apps see below.
A Download the apps again.
B Move them from the old SD card the internal memory and then from the internal memory to the new SD card.
C Make a back up of apps+settings in Settings and doe a hard rest and install the back-up during the new set up.

I would suggest to use method B. (if not all the apps fit on the internal memory you have to do the move one (or more times)
