Upgrading to the New Windows 10

All I want to ask now is, is there any clue as to whether or not the present crop of windows 8/8.1 phones are upgradeable do the just announced windows 10?

Yeah, anybody that tells you right now that all current WP 8 devices will be upgradeable to W10 is at best, guessing. Nobody, outside of Joe Belfiore and Satya Nadella, probably knows.
