Upgrading unlocked/no-SIM Lumia 640 to Win10

I just got this phone yesterday as a back-up, unlocked the SIM and use it without the SIM. I checked the updates but it says my phone is up to date at WP 8.1. Is there any way to trigger the Win10 update without the SIM?
