Windows Central Question

Trying to use downloaded USB bootable media to install 64-bit version of WIN10. System is 2010 Dell Laptop 17R (N7010), 8G of RAM installed, system architecture is 64-bit, BIOS is A11, WIN10 running latest updates. Upgrade does not finish running upgrade. I’m getting error message “Cannot complete install, not sure what’s wrong. Error Code = 0x80042405-0xA001A”. I’m stuck!

I cannot tell exactly from what you write, but are you trying to upgrade, or do a clean install? There is no upgrade path from 32 bit to 64 bit, so a clean install is necessary.
