Upload videos to instagram and vine from my photo library

Hi guys,running Windows phone 8.1 dev preview. Was wondering if you guys could show me how to upload to videos already in my photo library to instagram or vine. I already tried 6tag and 6sec but I still can't upload videos... Plss help..thanks
