How do you upload videos to Facebook from a Lumia?

Make sure you have logged into Facebook in your people hub, then in your photo gallery long press on the video to bring up options and press share and it will give you the option to share to Facebook.

Oh ok , I was wondering about how to do it in the app. I'll try the hub

The app doesn't have much use when all of Facebook is built into your phone.
