[URGENT] Problem after update

I've got a Lumia 620, after I update my cell with NSU to the latest version my touch screen doesn't works anymore. I tried doing a hard reset and nothing happens, what can i do?

Delete the file on your computer and use NSU again. The firmware probably got corrupted during download. No need to panic.

I've used NSU before so it's not the program. The file is quite large so ensure you have the whole thing. Should be over 1.2GB.

If it happens a second time take it to Nokia Care. They're the only ones that can determine if the phone is working right or not.

Take it to Nokia Care. That's the only option left for you. WP is a locked OS so there's nothing anyone on here can really do other than what I've suggested.

You can try to revert back to older version of the OS with NSU, if you can find one?
