USB C Hub With Video Out?

I just purchased a Surface Go 2 and I'm looking for the ability to charge my SG2 with a USB C cable and still have video out via USB-C.

I was wondering if there were any USB C Hubs that have one USB C port for charging pass through and another USB C out port for Video out.

I'm not seeing any so perhaps it's not technically possible?

There's plenty available as third-party/OEM models on your parts site of choice (Monoprice, Amazon, etc.). Basic rule of thumb: If it says it works for Nintendo Switch with power, it has pass through.
