USB-C to HDMI adaptor not working on Windows 10 on Dell G15 Notebook

Hi,

Dell G15 Notebook - USB-C to HDMI adaptor not working on Windows 10 Home.
All the drivers are up to date.
On Windows 11 - just Plug & Play and works the same adaptor.
On HDMI already 1 screen connected, but I'd like to have a 2nd Screen as well.

What could be the issue?
Or what do I need to look out for ?

If your drivers are up to dated then maybe your laptop had hardware problem, Do you check any other adaptor on it?
try to install USB driver from the manufacturer website.
If nothing works the Uninstall USB driver using device manager and restart your pc. After restart windows automatically update your driver then check hopefully your problem will be solved...

All sorts of scenarios has been tried so far, nothing helps unfortunately.
That's the reason why I try to find something online for this.
