USB Headset with Skype for Business on HP Elite X3 doesn't work.

Our corporate telephony is Skype for Business. When I have the HP Elite X3 in the dock and have a USB headset plugged into the dock I can't use the headset for calls. The dock does use the headset for audio. If I play Sykpe voice messages wheil docked the audio comes out the headset. I've tried disabling the microphone on the screen of the phone when I make calls. I've tried different headsets. The headsets work fine with a PC and Skype. There does not seem to be any settings that can be changed for input and output sources. Skype for Business seems to ignore the dock and use the phone speaker and mic. Anyone used the dock successfully with a headset? Thanks.

You should report it to Microsoft, sounds like something important. I haven't tested USB headsets with my phone yet.
