USB tethering in Windows Phone 8.1

To all those wp owners who have installed the 8.1 developer's preview update, can anyone tell me if USB tethering is there on wp 8.1??

It needs drivers, will work after cyan update.

The USB control panel was documented a while back. (found by searching USB in Cortana and swiping left to search the phone)
It has options and stuff, but nothing seems to work yet. (hence being hidden otherwise.)
My inclination though is to think that its the phone using the computer's internet connection, not the other way around. But I don't know.

Yep, those screenshots aren't related to tethering. Looks like they relate to mounting the phone storage to the PC.
