Used Windows Device Recovery and now 950 XL won't pull insider config update?

Any idea how I might be able to get this to trigger? No matter which ring I choose it says up to date even though I'm on .218, release preview, slow, fast nothing wants to pull their configuration updates.

I have reset the device, left the program and re-registered, soft rebooted, hard rebooted, everything I could think of.

Anyone more knowledgeable have some advice? I'm thinking the only thing left to do would be to remove the device from my account entirely?
