[User-Voice] Add pictures to use as background in conversations !

Yesterday, I noticed that the conversations by messages were not very aesthetic. I thus concluded that from it it would be necessary to be able to add a bottom personalized for every contact, as for lounges !
I thus have to create one petition to be able to add all this to future Windows Phone 8.1.
