Using living images

I really like the living images from the 950xl but other than uploading them one by one there is no way to use them all in one video. I tried story teller but it only allows a max of 27 photos in a video and it has issues on windows mobile 10.

Any one know of an app than can take a group of photos to turn them into a sideshow video using living images?
