Using Pen on everything

Hello all,

I posted this on All Tablets, thought I would added it here, just in case.

I am a high school administrator and coach the boys soccer team. Myself and the football coach are trying to find a program that would let use the Surface Pro's Pen (Pro 2's and 3's) over media player or another player. Yes we want to be like Madden.

This would be a great teaching tool.

We are already doing our play's in OneNote, and share them out to our boys.

Any seen this yet?

I want to use the Pen with the Surface Pro to draw across all applications, particularly Media Player.

Think, the NFL games, when the announcers are drawing on the screen,

Ahh I see what he means. Honestly I think you are going to need to find a specific app that allows that. That isn't a build in function of Windows. I'm sure that the software exists, I see it all the time with my professors who display stuff on a projector and draw on it, not sure what its called though. If I figure it out I will definitely get back to you.
