using the stream 7 as a note taking device

Hi

I have a good stylus an "ODONIT JOT" what i am lacking is a good note taking piece of software to make notes tehnconvert them to text. Windows Journal doesnt see very good at reponding to the stylus but it does convert the text well. bamboo on the other hand works well with the stylus you just cant do to text conversion
