Verify whether lumia 930 gold is brand new or refurbished?

Hi! I'm new here.
I recently bought a Lumia 930 gold phone online from a Chinese seller. Seller had mentioned it as a new one. How ever I feel that it's not a brand new phone. Can someone who bought a Lumia 930 gold help me with this?

Reasons

1. Can they have brand new phones even after 2 years of release?
2. In the box, it says "Made in Finland" but in the phone it says "Made in Vietnam".
3. Nokia logo is in white (not in gold) in back cover.
4. Product code is 059T7B0 which is for Lumia 1020 (Searched on Seida)
5. Random restarts.
6. When the earphone is plugged, sometimes volume keep reducing (like I'm pressing the volume down button). Even I press volume up or increase volume using touch, the volume reduce.
7. Earphone's earpiece's plastic back cover got removed (can see the circuit)

1. If the phone hasnt been used, even if its just been sitting in its packaging for years, it can still be called new.

2. I don't know what to say about the "Made in..." thing.

3. I'm not familiar with the differences in back cover.

4. Random restarts, if a WDRT use doesn't fix it, it means the phone is defective. It's quite possible that it is one straight from the factory.
