If it will have wireless charging will it be thicker than the original specs or the international version which does not have this feature?

Because a wireless induction coil is on a thin sheet of paper and barely thicker than a few sheets.

Then why are most phones with it bulkier?

Maybe older ones but you can buy a battery cover for the galaxy s3 and it doesn't add any bulk. And the nexus 4 has it and it's pretty slim
