Verizon - good news

I had actually started another thread because of the bad experiences I had at 2 Verizon corporate stores. However, this past Sunday I went to a different Verizon corporate store, located in a BJ's Wholesale Club, and had a good experience. As soon as I asked about the 928, he took his own 928 out of his pocket and began demonstrating the features. He did however, tell me that this was his corporate phone. He then took a Galaxy S4 out of his pocket and told me that was his personal phone. I think he thought I would be impressed and would start asking him about the S4. But when he saw I had no interest, he immediately went back to pitching the 928. He did seem to be fairly educated about the features, however he was not aware of the wireless charging. He told me that I would have to buy a new backplate for that. I told him it had wireless charging built in, but he swore it didn't, and he would prove it to me. He put it on a wireless charger and was surprised that it worked.
On Monday I went to the Microsoft Store where I had the best experience and ended up buying the phone. The people were great, they gave me the best deal with lots of extras. I dealt with the assistant manager, and even though he was very helpful, he too was unaware of the wireless charging. He also told me I would need to buy a separate backplate. He had a 920 and he told me it was thick and heavy due to the wireless charging and therefore the 928 couldn't possibly have it built-in. He also said he would prove it and put it on a charger. Another surprised employee.
Based on these 2 experiences, I think Nokia or Verizon is doing a poor job of explain this feature.
