Not quite, there's another thread about this. When you log into your account and go to select a device page the phones are not there yet. They will be at 1AM.

The homepage is ready for pre-order but the actual phone is not. I don't even know why I'm into this if I'm not even pre-ordering. I'm gonna wait till Best Buy will have it. (Because of the no restocking fee return policy)
