Verizon - Problems with 4G (NE US)

Got in touch with Verizon's tech support the other day about an issue (not just) I have been having: no LTE, reverted to 3G. It has been happening to the entire Northeastern US, it seems. They received too many tickets about the issue: told me it'd be fixed by today or tomorrow. I say by July. Anyone else been having this issue?

Are you still having issues or has it been resolved? Haven't seen anything online about acknowledged outages.

Could be localized and not regional.
