Vertical PC case.

I have big cpu coler and with it my case can not be sealed, so i put my pc in vertical position. So after some time and triping is my pc slower then usual, i wonder:is there any problem with my case not being horisonal, i mean for fucionality of cpu, hdd, gpu..etc..or it is same?

Don't think it matters unless you CPU begins to overheat due to improper airflow and slow down to cool itself off.

More than likely the slowdown is caused by a software issue. It could be so many things.
