And your signature is slightly off. It's not "Open Gangnam Style" it's actually "Oppa Gangnam Style". Oppa means older brother in Korean. Although it's brother, it doesn't mean familial brother. It could just be an older friend you call brother, in a friendly manner. He's saying his older brother has Gangnam style, which in Seoul, is a more upper-crust area and something a lot of Seoulites strive to reach.
