Very poor quality of 820's camera

Picture quality is really poor, is it the 820's problem or my camera is faulty..

The rear camera is pretty good. The front camera is... functional. If your experience varies from this, then you have a problem.

The camera that takes pictures of you (front) is not very good. Just say it works. The rear camera is good, in fact I got rid of my point and shoot digital camera because my 820 takes better pictures than it. From what I heard after we get GDR 2 ( Sept 10th tomorrow according to Windows phone Central) it gets even better.

PS. the update did go through and the pictures are better.

After Upgrading GDR2 Amber there is probelem with camera result so yellowish and much more wait there is no fault in you camera
wait for the new updates.

I am fully satisfied , after the update of Amber Camera picture quality became very bad.

Same with my friend's 720 and my model too :-( . Unbelievable tat amber update has screwed up cam pics!!

That is odd!! The 820's camera was always very good, it got a bit better after the update. Are you guys viewing the photos on the phones default app? That's probably the reason behind the softness.
Amber low light....
