Viber for chatting with strangers from dating sites

I'm currently chatting with a woman on a datingsite, but in order to videochat and chat outside the datingsite, she has asked if I have Viber, which I don't.

Can I create an account at Viber and add her to my contacts without being afraid that she will get some information, I'm not interested in giving away?

What about Whatsapp and Skype?

I believe Viber users only see what you have put on Viber itself.

Now, I am going to go a bit extreme here...

Before adding I would go over every privacy option they have on the site, because if your email or some other unique data leaks, it wouldn't be hard for one to daisy-chain their way to find other accounts.

And I I have no reason to believe it wouldn't be the same for the others.

I hope it goes well, don't do anything on there you wouldn't want the world to see! At least at the start.
