"Viber has stopped working"

Hi. I already have installed viber on my lap top and mobile phone and every thing was ok. Recently I bought another laptop (Dell Latitude/E6410 - Win7) and again I installed viber, but when I want to connect to my friends, after 2 rings, a new window opens and inform me "Viber has stopped working" and I should close viber. Please help me.

Did you restart your computer? If that didn't work, did you try uninstalling it and downloading a fresh version from the internet?

Those are your two options really.
