Viber Heating issue and batterydrain on nokia lumia 920

I have a Nokia Lumia 920 and whenever I talk to someone on viber the top of the phone starts to heat up and lose a lot of battery. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

i really experienced the heat but i didnt notice the battery .

Heating issue's there, but battery drain :-? I didn't notice it since I always place phone to charger at end of day
