I've been having problems with answering calls in Viber lately. I can make a call, but can't answer when someone calls me. I've been researching, cheeked my wi-fi and cellular connections, deleted and downloaded Viber, even updated my lumia 640 OS from win 8.1 to win 10. I restored my phone to defaults, lost all my data, but this thing is still there! What happens is that my "viber in" function is off all the time and when I turn on "viber in" the slider changes color like it's on, but the status stays off, and i still can't receive calls.
