Viber not showing notifications on my lumia

I have viber on my lumia and the most of the time I don't get a notification that I've got a new message - why is that happening?
The notifications in viber are turned on and the apps is also allowed to run in the background.

Btw, I also have a viber installed on my computer (viber desktop).
