Viber - problem with sticker store

So I have the following problem: I can't buy any free sticker packages. I get the message about a a connection failure but I have this issue for about a month now. What should I do?

P.s. I already tried to delete & install the app once again, but it didn't help

Now, the issue with downloading stickers is solved, thanks But, now some stickers packages in the store have instead of the price the word "null" written.
