Vibration intensity in wp8.1 - any changes?

Is it going to be possible to define vibration intensity ( make it longer) in wp8.1 ??

I'm pretty sure vibrate is part of hardware and it is how it is, I don't think software can change it. If it does however, make it stronger on the 925, I'd be more then happy.

He was being sarcastic. You can't tell such a thing from screenshots, obviously. He was implying, that it's quite useless debating about WP8.1 until it's released, because no one knows anything for sure. There are leaks, but those can change.
