Hello,
I try to make a video call with Viber, but after some seconds the image disappears from both sides. If I make the call I have to close my camera for the other person to be able to share his camera. The same steps must be made if the other person calls.
Please don't say I have to reinstall Viber, Windows or other program.
Don't say to contact Viber Support because there are some ignorant persons. I wait for about 2 weeks for a solution and ... here I am.
If somebody knows how to solve this issue please leave a comment.
