Video Playback Problems

One strange thing I did notice is after the second refresh on Saturday morning and the tile screen came up, OneDrive had suddenly reverted to Skydrive. I thought Microsoft couldn't use that name due to legal issues? I tried to explain to the tech on the phone but he either didn't think it a big deal or didn't want to say. It made me believe something screwy was indeed going on with my RT internally.

Also, when I exited any music or video program (Xbox Music/Video, Netflix, Multimedia 8, etc..), the device would make a popping sound as it closed. Based on my experience with other tablets I've owned, that's not normal.

Wow, that's a straight hardware issue there. The video/audio card sounds jacked up. The drivers for those, again are just software that should have been set right on the resets. Well, you're getting a new joint, so yay for you!!
