Video playback using display dock.

Playing videos taken on my 950XL worked fine when using the display dock through my tv until a few days ago. Now when I try to play video the picture seems so flash on and off and won't play as they should. Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried restarting the phone or soft-resetting it?
