video stopped working

Suddenly I can't play Netflix or YouTube videos. While I was on the phone with Netflix Support it worked, when we hung up it stopped working. I was using wifi today and it worked. I use continuum at home. I am at a loss!

try a soft reset or disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi
