Vietnamese user has taken all Nokia Vouchers

As you know, Nokia has opened a campaign for 521, 925, 928, 1020, 1520. User who have one of the above devices will have 20$ in their MS ACC. By filling in a form with IMEI numbers, u will get a free 20$ voucher . U can use this voucher to buy games, apps from store. But Vietnamese Users has taken all of thems.By watching Unboxing videos, seeing pics from the Internet, they ve got almost IMEI. So dont be sad if u can use your IMEI.

Not likely. What few videos are posted, I doubt the screen with the IMEI number is not displayed. Even if it is, you're talking about a handful of devices. Not everyone posts a video unboxing their phone.
