Visual Voicemail Issues

In some of the previous threads, many had called AT&T and setup their visual voicemails. So, I went ahead and called AT&T, the rep gave me a code and when I entered, got the error "cant connect to visual voicemail". The rep made me enter the password a few more times and the same error. Then he asked me to reboot my L920 a few times, and the same error popped up. Finally the rep gave up and told me that he will call me again tomorrow. Anyone had the same issue??
 
Why would they give you a code? You should of been able to use your existing pin or set one up, then you just login using the same pin.

If it is messed up, call into tech support
 
It is the same code you setup when you first got your phone number so random people couldn't listen to your vm. I'm surprised at how many people didn't know about this. Fritning actually. Remember the UK news scandal about vm hacking about a year ago. It was because of a simple pin and a default pin.

Otherwise it works and visual vm just needs some improvements anyway.
 
I had this pb in the beginning, right when I switched from samsung focus to lumia 920 keeping my unlimited data plan. Turns out that at&t rep had to add the VVM feature which got activated at the next billing cycle
