Visual voicemail text message

Updated to .218. Tested Visual Voicemail by calling my phone and leaving a message and I had a voicemail in my list of voicemail messages and it played fine (as expected). I also got a text message with a transcription of my message. Has VVM always sent a text with the transcription or is that new? I don't remember ever seeing that happen on my 640 on T-Mobile which had VVM. Or maybe I got it and figured it was some random text that wasn't meant for me although I'd like to think I would have correlated the VM and the text message.
