Visual Voicemail

So I tried to reset my visual voicemail password through 611 and now I dont even seen the option for visual voicemail.

Traditional still works but I cannot find the option to prompt for my visual voicemail password and the voicemail menu is now gone.

Any ideas? I chatted for a long time with ATT and they were stumped, the only option they came up with was a factory reset.
 
Oh the same exact thing happened to me! I forgot what I did to fix it. Have you tried completely powering off the phone? I'm almost positive it had nothing to do with a setting I changed.
 
Call your VM, go to your admin options, and change the VM password. Then leave a VM to yourself and it should prompt when you try to access
