VM on W10

Anyone knows if it'd be possible to get a VM on W10M? If anyone is developing such a thing or something.
It'd be great to run Kali on our devices.
I probably should get my hands on a N900... XD

It's very unlikely at all. Apps on Windows Mobile are constrained to their own memory pit and won't have access to the hardware/network stacks that you'll need for a Kali build (or anything remotely similar).
