Voice-to-Text in Outlook

Hi. I am new to the forums and new to Windows Phone. This question may have been answered before, but I was unable to find anything in a search. I can't figure out how to use voice-to-text in the Outlook application. I can do it in text messages--a little microphone icon appears beneath the keyboard. Am I missing something here? Surely, this is possible? In case it matters, I have a HTC Arrive w/ Sprint running Mango.

no voice to text in applications outside of Text messaging currently.

hopefully soon it will be added to all text boxes.

This ability is high on my wish list. I would also like the ability to add to a message instead of erasing and starting over in text messages.
