Voice to text

Does anyone know a way to add exclamation marks or question marks to your text, when having it dictated by voice through Cortona? I'm 99% sure there is no way. I know many times I'd you start with a "what, why, when" it will give an exclamation mark but that is still hit or miss. Just curious if the re e is something you can say with out having to physically edit the text.
