There is a way to remove the nonsense apps that appear in the store and that is through the report app button. Unfortunately Microsoft had placed the button so low that not everyone will be bothered to do it or might not even see however if they placed it up near the app name, it'll be so much easier for everyone. They should even give a badge for official apps so that people can know which are the official ones and which are fakes

Yes.. And it'll be better than reporting and then MS removing the fakes which is time consuming as there are a lot of fake apps and people would not stop making fake apps.. Instead let people know which are official apps with a small icon
