W10m needs some simple colour and consistancy

Has everyone noticed that nearly all screens have a slightly different appearance once you drop just below the status icons?

Phone has that ugly icon banner
All apps has a simple search
Settings has it's icon then the title

To give each screen consistency they should add the colour banner that the Outlook apps use:

Agree the status bar changes to random colours, not consistent with the app being used or the colour of the accent.
