W10M on my Nokia 1520 acting up

Installed W10M a few weeks ago when it became available.
Yesterday I turned it on, no cell contract-just Wi-Fi use only,
and the device continually tries to open apps, redirect itself to other windows.
Its going on all on its own and won't stop.

Turning it off its even a chore to find a dead second where it will recognize my Tap commands.

I have done a Nokia reset by turning it off, then going thru the on/off down volume key/volume key sequences.

The 1520 completed the reset and it still continues to redirect all on its own automatically; endlessly.

Microsoft :
What do I do next to resolve this?

thats weird , why not make a video and post it here. we have heard about ghost touch in lumia devices but that is not so prominent and doesn't work up the device on its on.

I'm not savvy on video posting
It was working fine
My only hunch is could the battery be causing this

Have you done a factory reset. If not, give it a try and don't restore, do a new install of apps; etc. Let us know if this helped.

This does look like the return of the widely reported ghost taps issue with the 1520 touch panel. For some the issue went away or reduced with the W10 update but looks like for you it just came back. Try reducing the screen sensitivity or a hard reset as suggested.
